I had bought the jiv athletics and you could see the outline of the thicker pad and the underwear loses its shape after a few washes. These you cant even tell they are there, they do run small so size up. PLEASE STOCK UP AGAIN IN MEDIUM

How do I get the perfect size?
Yes, they are designed to fit true to size with a comfortable stretch. If you prefer a more relaxed fit, you may choose to size up.
How long will they last?
Provided you follow the care instructions, our G will keep their quality for more than 1 year, however, for hygiene reasons (especially with exercising) we would suggest replacing your underwear draw every 3- 6 months.
How do I properly care for my G?
Hand wash - is the best care
Under warm water, hand wash your G using a detergent. Once done, leave to air dry.
Machine wash
If you choose to machine wash we recommend popping your thongs into a wash bag for delicates and use a delicate (cold) setting. Do not use fabric softener and bleach.
