At Purty Body, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our simplified return and exchange policy below:
WHEN CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
We only accept returns if the garment is faulty or damaged. If the item is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at help@purtybody.com with your order number and photos of the fault. We will then arrange for a refund or replacement.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?
Yes! If you ordered the wrong size, we offer exchanges for a different size within 14 days of receiving your order. The garment must be unworn, in original condition, and with the hygiene liner intact. Contact us at help@purtybody.com and we will guide you through the exchange process.
WHAT IF I CHANGED MY MIND?
We do not accept returns for items if you’ve changed your mind. Please ensure you select the correct size and item before purchasing.
CAN I RETURN SALE ITEMS?
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.
PROCESSING RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. You’ll be notified once your return or exchange has been completed.
SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- Faulty items: We’ll cover the return shipping cost.
- Change of size: You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using Registered Post to return items, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
POLICY UPDATES
We may update this policy from time to time. Any significant changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
All items must be returned in their original condition — including the packaging they came in.
If it’s missing the hygiene sticker, tags, or protective bag, we can’t accept the return.
We love a resourceful queen, but we can’t resell underwear in a sandwich bag.
If you pop the wrong address in at checkout and it’s already on its way, we’ll do our best to help reroute it — but any courier redirection fees will need to be passed on (they’re brutal like that).
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or there was a shipping error
