Under warm water, hand wash your G using a detergent. Once done, leave to air dry.
Machine wash
If you choose to machine wash we recommend popping your thongs into a wash bag for delicates and use a delicate (cold) setting. Do not use fabric softener and bleach.

I had bought the jiv athletics and you could see the outline of the thicker pad and the underwear loses its shape after a few washes. These you cant even tell they are there, they do run small so size up. PLEASE STOCK UP AGAIN IN MEDIUM

Care Tips (aka: how to keep her hot)
• Rinse in fresh water after every wear .. especially after pools or spas
• Cold hand wash or gentle cold cycle, separately
• Avoid tumble drying, bleaching, soaking or ironing
• Dry in the shade
• Then go have a nap, because laundry is the worst
