I followed all the measurements indicated on the website for the best fit. I ordered a six underwear in medium and the size was consistent throughout colors. The measurements guidelines really matters! As other stated, these undies run small but true to the website description. Also the video with instructions on how to measure was so helpful. I am a true XS (5 3”, 25.5” waist, 36” hips, 110 lbs). I am athletic. The size medium is absolutely perfect! It sits on my skin, the gusset covers all the areas that it should, no bunching, no cameltoe! Even with thin bamboo yoga pants! The color “nude” is a bit too light for my olive skin but it doesn’t show on my clothes even in white jeans. I would recommend this 100 times over JIV’s! I have them and they are too loose and too narrow. Just buy them! You won’t regret! Shipping was easy and it only took the five business days.

They do exactly what they promise - NO CT and the underwear is thick, high-quality and worth every penny.
