I was so suspicious because of being targeted by endless Insta ads. Well thank God for CIA mind-reading technology because these have changed my life. Here are my measurements so you can get the right size: 5'8", 155, 35-28.5-39.5. I got a size Large and they were snug but definitely the right fit! Creates a *slight* hip dip but it's right at the waistband of my leggings/yoga pants so it's not noticeable.
The only inconvenience is they have to be hand washed and I wish I'd gotten a dark color because the nude color is more likely to discolor, but that's okay.
I got three pairs (in case I didn't like them) and wish I'd gotten five since I workout so often! If you're in the USA definitely consider getting a few more since you're paying shipping.

Jaw is on the floor...these undies are to die for. I had seen advertisements all over Instagram and Facebook, and after 2 weeks I finally gave in. As I was a first time buyer, I bought both the XS and S size. For reference I am 5"4, with 65cm waist, 79cm hip. Though the XS does fit me, it is tight and you can definitely feel the snatch effect. Sometimes I find it a bit too compressive when I am wearing already tight bike shorts. Also, the actual gusset width itself is quite small and only just fits everything in (lol), so I am more favouring the size S for that reason. It is less tight and has a wider gusset to it, so your flaps don't literally fall out. But either way, I am happy with both. I wear them for pilates, walks with my dog, boxing classes and when I am wearing casual flares to uni. They are sooooo comfy. I would 10/10 recommend to anyone who is skeptical!
